Up to 79 Pefc  Chains of custody

Two new important companies have chosen to communicate their commitment for the promotion of sustainable forest management through the Pefc Chain of custody certification. They have applied for the use of Pefc logo in order to certificate that their products meet the requirements set by the organization. At present, in Italy there are 79 certified companies transforming forest products (for furniture, packages, parquets, paper, constructions, carpentry, publishing activities, toys, etc.)   

These companies are Cartiera Lucchese (near Lucca, www.lucart.it), a leading manufacturer of paper rolls for hygienic, domestic and sanitary use, paper table-linens and Valsi in San Paolo d’Argon (Bergamo), leader in the production of wall furniture (shelves, bricolage solutions, products for the bathroom, etc. (www.valsi.it).
