Medwood 2008 in Athens

Medwood 2008 will be held from 27-30 March in Expo Athens exhibition centre. The international exhibition for furniture fittings, semi-finished products, structural wood products and machinery,  becomes the major event for the Balkan and south-eastern Europe market and organized for the second time (www.medwood.gr).

The great acceptance from the wood and furniture industry that Medwood has gained is proved by the doubling of its exhibition space covering more than 35,000 square meters as well as of its number of exhibitors including more than 200 companies. Well known brand names from the Greek and European market participate for the first time in a Greek trade exhibition and show the leading position of Medwood.

The visitors of Medwood will have the opportunity to be informed about all new products and international trends in wood and furniture industry. The list of exhibits include furniture fittings, semi-finished products, wood machinery, wood products, flooring as well as other categories regarding the wood and furniture market.

Supporters of the exhibition are the well-known trade fairs Zow Pordenone and Samulegno, in addition to the sponsorship by the major International transport company Proodos.

Medwood is also under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Development and the General Secretariat for Industry.
