Nordic design in Stockholm

The Stockholm Furniture Fair and Northern Light Fair, which took place from 6 to 10 February 2008, have shown themselves to be the most important meeting place for Nordic design. The largest foreign exhibiting countries are Denmark with 120 participants, Norway with 43 and Finland with 37. This year’s fair had 21 new exhibitors from Denmark, and Norway also had more exhibitors than previous years.
Preliminary figures show that 38,7774 people visited this year’s Stockholm Furniture Fair and Northern Light Fair.
Interest for the fair continues to be great. This year 1,071 media representatives were accredited, of whom 276 were foreign journalists visiting the fair to report on the latest within Nordic design.
