Significant contract in Saudi Arabia for Coimal Italiana (Pesaro)

To celebrate 35 years of activity in Turn Key Projects for the woodworking Industry, The Pesaro based company Coimal Italiana has signed a significant contract with one of the most leading group companies in Saudi Arabia, Midroc of Jeddah for a complete woodworking & furniture manufacturing plant.

The production hall, for the first phase,  has a covered area of approx 20.000 sq/mts and will be a “State of the Art”  factory with Italian Machinery and know-how. a second building is also foreseen for phase 2 which is just as big. 

The Jeddah based Midroc (abbreviation for Al Muwakaba for Industrial Development, research & Overseas commerce)  whose industrial activities spans numerous fields such as Petroleum, Food, Biomedical, Metal & Building needed the Furniture sector to complete its portfolio especially for the several  7 stars hotels projects they are about to undertake. The plant is estimated to start production during the first quarter of 2009
