Paolino Bacci took over the whole Veneta Macchine organization

Last Friday Paolino Bacci srl in Cascina (Pisa) announced the 100% take-over of Veneta Macchine snc in Cerea (Verona), a leading Italian manufacturer of state-of-the-art machines and plants for the shaped cutting of solid wood, panels, elements, composite materials, etc.
Veneta Macchine has now become a sales division of Paolino Bacci (www.bacci.com), a renowned global manufacturer of machines for secondary solid wood processing and NC working centers with five or more axis.
Now the new group can provide the market with a wider and more integrated offer thanks to the high complementary level of the two organizations. Indeed it can deliver a complete solution range for solid wood processing, without neglecting the opportunity to face all the problems relating to composite materials, aluminum, plastics, etc.

According to the official press release by Bacci, “the strong synergies stemmed from the take-over – both as to production and sales – will ensure a stronger and more constant presence in the various markets as well as an effective production rationalization, always in terms of high quality levels and efficient R&D activities for the development of innovative solutions.
The production of Veneta Macchine will be carried out in Paolino Bacci facility ensuring effective design operations and processes even in post-sales service and customer follow-up in order to provide high-level solutions which have always been characterizing Paolino Bacci”.
