Samuele Broglio nominated Chairman of the wood industry Group

On December 18, Samuele Broglio was elected national chairman of the wood crafts group of “Confartigianato” (federation of artisans).
This group includes all the firms associated with Confartigianato involved in the first processing of wood, manufacture of shutters and structural elements in wood, paving, frames, packaging, cork products and various products not classified as furniture − another Crafts Group exists for this which includes carpenters and upholsterers −  as well as all firms involved in the utilisation of woods and forests, including forestry.
The national council of the wood crafts group also includes: Mario Bigatton, regional president of Lumbardy wood crafts – wooden shutters production; Giancarlo Gili, regional president of Veneto wood crafts – wooden shutters production; Davide Mugianesi, regional president of Marche – first processing of wood and  Gabriele Tullio, regional president of Lazio – wooden shutters production.
The choice of members of the Council was conducted through a criteria of both territorial and sector representation. The prevalence of the shutters sector is due to the fact that the majority of the regional presidents elected (and therefore eligible for council membership) belong to this category as this represents the majority of the members of the wood crafts group.
The wood crafts Group is faced with a challenging task, seeing the national economic crisis and the difficulties of this sector in particolar, but all the members of the National Wood Council, fully aware of the situation, have clearly affirmed their strong intentino to do all that is possibile to support and help its registered members.
