Court of Milan rejects all claims of Zow

Hereunder we publish an extract of the press release we have received from Exposicam: “The court of Milan rejected all claims asserted by Survey Marketing+Consulting GmbH & Co. KG and Survey Marketing+Consulting Srl.The Court was requested to issue various precautionary measures (restraining injunction, attachment, change of company name and website, with infliction of penalty and publication of the measure) against Pordenone Fiere spa, Business International srl Import-Export, ExpoSicam srl and Carlo Giobbi. However, with order deposited on the 24th of December – the Court recognized full legitimacy for activities performed by Exposicam Srl for the realization of its fair asserting that the opponents’ claims were absolutely unfounded. All the above considerations thus led to the rejection of the claim and the sentencing of the claimants – Survey Marketing+Consulting GmbH+Co.KG and Survey Marketing+Consulting srl – to reimburse the expenses.
The attempt of the owners of the Zow brand to interfere with the success of Sicam has foundered. The new exhibition dedicated to semifinished products, accessories and components for the furniture industry will take place in Pordenone, next 14-17 October”.  www.exposicam.it
