Leitz Group will be divided

Preparing generational change, the two families, that own Leitz Holding gmbh, have decided to divide the activities of the group and to managed them independently. This decision will be formalized in June. Brucklacher family will manage Leitz GmbH & Co. based on Oberkochen and all the activities about woodworking and plastic material working tools. Bengel family will manage all the others activities.
