Nobilia took shareholdings of Fbd of Snaidero Group

Nobilia, the German kitchen furniture manufacturer, has acquired minority shareholders’ interests of Fbd (Francising business division) of the Snaidero Group. According to the figures provided by the companies the interests assets reach 30 percent. Snaidero Fbd turnover equals to 330 million euros, of which 200 millions provided by the activities carried out in Belgium and France by Ixina. Nobilia indeed is a privileged supplier of Ixina and their partnership has been lasting for years.
Nobilia has been operating in foreign trade and distribution. The company owns a shareholding of Menatan, a Belgian company, and some sales subsidiaries in the United Kingdom with the name Kütchenhaus.
