Woodworking machinery in Germany: positive trend is keeping on

Well closed also the second quarter of 2010 for woodworking machinery industry in Germany. Incoming orders value closed with a +83 percent compared to the same period of last year. Domestic orders increased of 18 percent, while exports showed an increase of 109 percent. It is interesting to point out that sawmill plants orders improved a lot while last year this sector suffered particularly due to crisis: this means that
it is also improved the possibility to make important financing operations abroad.
Optmistic, but cautious, are the forecasts for the second half of the year, since trend developments could have a slow down.
