Biesse takes over Centre Gain Hong Kong

The Biesse Group has concluded − through Biesse HK Ltd − the acquisition of 100 percent of Centre Gain Group in Hong Kong. The agreement was reached for about 9.6 million euros and foresees that one of the three founders of Centre Gain, Chris Kwong, gets a hold of 30 percent of the vehicle used in the transaction and that the same Kwong, who is collaborating with Biesse since 1999, will be appointed as Ceo of Biesse HK Ltd. With this acquisition “Biesse with this purchase will “increase significantly its presence in the main world market (the Chinese) and expand its range of offerings”, as stated in a bulletin issued by Biesse.
