New edition of “Technology Days” dedicated to the panel to be held in Thiene (Vicenza). From October 12 to 15, 2011 Scm Group devotes four days to the presentation of the latest and innovative technology solutions for edgebanding. At the “Technology Days Edgebanding & More“, this is the title of the event, the Rimini-based company will be able to show the latest innovations to furniture industry customers, all with a common denominator, the searching of the maximum satisfaction for a market which is more and more “hungry” of flexibility and searching for optimization and integration between the different phases of the production process.
In-depth technical program and a series of demonstrations through which you can learn in detail, among others, the single-sided edgebanding machine “One Touch” by Stefani, designed and built for intuitive edges − and with good productivity − with pre-cut strips, wood and plastic roll edge, using glueing “Easy glue industry” for various types of glue or color fully automatic. The new device “Microdosing” allows intelligent and optimized dosage of glue, while the new software “Win Edge Touch” combines technology with processing preview in 3D to commands and touch-screen icons.
The edgebanding machine “Solution Hds” offers new standards of quality/price ratio, with new and innovative glueing technology “Slim-line K”, which contributes to get the wire geometrically perfect. The single sided edgebanding machine “Solution” will be also presented in Thieme the with new-generation optical technology
For the perfect cut squaring Stefani has developed the new technology “V-System Perfect Cut” particularly effective; you can also see in operation the new glueing unit “Panel Suite”, which allows the simultaneous presence of three edging technologies: new-generation optical edge, with traditional glues and with the system “Slim line” by Stefani for those who want to get a higher finishing quality.
There will be also a single sided edgebanding machine “Solution Slim Line” for doors, which allows excellent aesthetic results even in this product family, and − as a completion and integration of edging solutions – will be also in operation Morbidelli working centers, the Dmc sanding machines (“System 75”, “System T2″, “System T3” and “Masterbrush K 1100″) and panel saw machine “Galaxy 3 130” by Gabbiani.
