Success in Thiene and Rimini for Scm Group days

Scm Group offered a four day event dedicated to high tech solutions for edgebanding and squaring-edgebanding: “Technology Days Edgebanding & more” was on programme on October 12-15 in the Thiene (Vicenza) factories.
Customers of the furniture industry were introduced to the latest technologies in terms of production flexibility, efficiency and integration.A full programme provided also for in-depth technical discussions and demos.
Stefani “One Touch” single-sided edgebanders for edgebanding with “Easy glue industry” gluing unit for the application of different types of glue or colour with automatic change and with the new microdosing device for clever dosing of glue. High-speed programming with the new 3D “Win Edge Touch”software. Prompt processing change with “Multiedge” device.
Stefani “Solution Hds” single-sided edgebanders. Panel edgebanding processing of thin tape and small glue line for higher finishing quality through the new “Slim Line K” technology.
Stefani “Solution” single-sided edgebanders with new generation optical technology.
Equipped with squaring panel technology “V-System” for higher cut quality.
Panels edgebanding through the only “Panel Suite”gluing unit with three technologies: optical, Slim Line, traditional glues.
Stefani “Solution Slim Line”single-sided edgebanders for doors. Door step sample processing with technology for higher finishing quality “Slim Line”.
To complete the edgebanding solutions, there were on demonstration Dmc “System T5”, “System T2”, “System T3” and “Masterbrush K 1100” sanding solutions; Morbidelli “Universal Hpl”, “Author M800” working centers; Gabbiani “Galaxy 3 130” panel sizing solutions.

Success for the “Scm days”

The “Scm days”, the event that took place in our showroom in Rimini the 21^st and 22^nd of October, has been a successful event.
Many customers along with their distributors, took part at the event. During the two days test and demonstration on the new Scm solutions as the spindle moulders, circular saws, panel saws were made.
Customers also had the opportunity to visit production factory and the components in Villa Verucchio an the foundry in Rimini.
