With the insertion in the “Monti” Decree of the proposed amendment bound to Article 52, the new formulation reads as follows: “In case different materials or construction systems are used instead of those governed by technical rules in force, their eligibility must be proven by a declaration of the Chairman of the Board of Public Works under advice by the same Council “.
