FederlegnoArredo and Indicam  denounce the Italian government

As it was already been announced, FederlegnoArredo and Indicam filed the complaint last March 1st of the Italian State at the European Commission against the conversion to extend the terms of the Law Decree, Article 22 bringing the moratorium on design infringement from five to thirteen years, despite the Community legislation on the subject and the judgment of the Court of Justice on 27/1/2011.
Beside FederlegnoArredo and Indicam there are many other associations, professionals and architects involved in the defense of intellectual property as a distinctive element of competitiveness.
