Dieffenbacher/Carmanah Cooperation Agreement

Dieffenbacher Gmbh Maschinen-und Anlagenbau of Eppingen, Germany, and Carmanah Design and Manufacturing Inc. of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, are pleased to announce the signing of a Cooperation Agreement for the supply of Disc and Ring Stranding systems to Engineered Wood applications outside of North America.
Dieffenbacher is a global player with a rich and successful history of more than 130 years. As a supplier of complete plants, they offer innovative and comprehensive solutions for applications in the wood-based panel, automotive, and component industries. Carmanah, celebrating its 100th year in business in 2013, is the world leader in the supply of Disc and Ring Stranders to the Engineered Wood Industry with installations in North and South America, Europe, the Uk, and New Zealand.
Dieffenbacher is extremely selective in establishing Cooperation Agreements due to their long-standing reputation for excellence Carmanah, a supplier of high quality stranding equipment and with a comprehensive knowledge of strand production and optimization, is an ideal partner to provide capital equipment to the woodroom in an Osb mill.
The cooperation agreement between Dieffenbacher and Carmanah will cover Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America.
Existing Carmanah customers in these territories should continue to contact Carmanah for service and spare parts requirements. Existing Dieffenbacher customers shall continue to contact Dieffenbacher.
New customers can contact either Carmanah or Dieffenbacher to request information or a quotation for the supply of Stranding equipment
