Awfs: new board of directors

Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers (Awfs®) recently installed their 2013 Board of directors at this year’s Wic in Tempe, AZ. Wade Gregory, from Flakeboard America Ltd., has been named President of Awfs®.

Archie Thompson, from Spectrum Adhesives, will serve as Vice President, Philip Martin, of Hafele, will act as Secretary treasurer and Dan Hershberger from Stiles Machinery, will serve as the 2013 Trade Show Chair. Joan Kemp, of CP Adhesives, Inc., will stay on the Board as immediate Past President after serving as the President of Awfs since February of 2008.

Continuing as Board members through 2015 are Kevin Bedell, Abad Foam, Inc; Kevin Corder, Froedge Machine & Supply Company, Inc.; Ed Fiantaca, Accurate Technologies; Rob Howell, Scm Group North America; Steve Regele; Blum, Inc.; Robert Slater, Stiles Machinery, Inc. and Gene Valcke from Hanes Industries.

New Board members include Don Bigelow of Vero Software Limited, Dave Golling from Royal Plywood Co. and Michael Williams, Festool Usa.
