Dach+Holz: roof and timber for the second time in Cologne

Dach+Holz, the appointment for the world of the craftsmen of builders carpentry and roofing will be from Tuesday 18 to Friday 21 February 2014, for the second time at the Cologne exhibition center. The biennial exhibition, which alternates years between Cologne and Stuttgart, is one of the key events in the circuit of fairs in construction and workmanship of wood, roofs and walls, managed by GHM, a subsidiary of Messe München International.
In the four pavilions provided at the Deutz district of Cologne, German and international exhibitors will present their latest innovations for wooden buildings, roofs, facades, restoration, metal processing, as well as renewable energy and thermal insulation. More than 300 exhibitors already signed up.
The last edition (in 2012 in Stuttgart), was attended, on a gross floor area of 70 thousand square meters, with 606 exhibitors from 26 countries and 55,800 trade visitors (increased by 21.8 percent compared to 2010).
Italy is at the third place in the ranking both for the presence of exhibitors and visitors.
The exhibition of machines, materials and tools will be accompanied by a rich program of conferences and seminars. During the four days are scheduled, for example, a forum on the facades ventilation space, a conference on architecture and one day for residential building.
