The parquet made in Bawerk

St.Margrethen, Switzerland, a few kilometers from Austria, Germany and France … just behind the canton. Here is the historical site of the Bauwerk Parquet AG, one of the leading manufacturers of flooring that recently merged with the Norwegian Boen AS, a union that gave birth to the second European group for sales and volumes in the parquet industry.  And here the last weekend arrived from Italy a bus full of journalists, with the aim to promote a reality well known in the markets (Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Netherlands) but still to be appreciated, at the level of brand, in our country. Since two years, the country manager is a great expert in the field of flooring, Luca Stacchiotti with over twenty years of experience in another important Italian company. Traveling six days out of seven (“from Bolzano to Lecce,” says) with the objective of implementing the turnover of Bauwerk, a mission that is not separate (“indeed!”) by making known to the Italian professional (the parquet Bauwerk are not in the large distribution) either the brand or the characteristics of the product. A product certified at the level of sustainability by the best independent European institutions, guaranteed at every stage of processing (and rejecting any essence from child labor or situations that are not certifiable), grouped in two main areas of two and three layers parquet. Stacchiotti, under the watchful eye of the director general commercial Andrè Cagneux is approaching both the residential and contract (the two layers Bauwerk is ideal for renovations and radiant floors). Two intense days, including a visit to the production departments, which have allowed us to “see and touch” a series of very interesting collections, also in terms of aesthetics ..
