Homag-Holzma Treff

Over an exhibition area of more than 10,000 square metres, Homag Holzbearbeitungssysteme GmbH was showcasing 50 superlative machine and plant concepts from September 24^th-27th: innovations presented at the Ligna live in action, individual high-tech plants destined for industrial customers, and the whole spectrum of technologies surrounding zero joint production.
Around 2,300 visitors attended the Homag Treff and around 2,000 Holzma (some of them from countries as far away as China, Russia, Australia, Nigeria, Italy, as well as Finland and Sweden).
A key focus of this year’s Homag Treff: powerTouch – a whole new dimension in machine operation and control developed by the Homag Group.
The new ServiceApp of the Homag Group connects Homag machine owners quickly and easily with the responsible contact in Service. As of now, the app comes with two new added functions – it permits faster access to spare parts and at the same time allows work to be carried out more simply and efficiently directly at the machine.
Under the motto “We set the trends”, Holzma again impressed customers, interested parties, and business partners from all over the world with a number of innovations. The focus of the in-house exhibition from September 24 to 27 was primarily on two new developments: the “HPP 300 profiLine” as a “concept saw” with integrated multiTec function for drilling and routing, and the new saw-robot combination from Holzma and Ligmatech.
