The Süddekor Group enters a new home port

The Süddekor Group with its companies Süddekor GmbH in Laichingen, Dakor Melamin Imprägnierungen GmbH in Heroldstatt , Süddekor Art Design + Engraving GmbH in Willich and Süddekor LLC (Usa) and Süddekor ooo (Moscow) is to be transferred to Surteco SE (Buttenwiesen-Pfaffenhofen) subject to the usual formalities, conditions and official approvals. On October 23, 2013 a purchase agreement was signed to this effect. 
Extremely good news for the companies of the Süddekor Group, which went through two private equity sales in 2004 and 2007, and for its employees. With the purchase of all the shares in the Group by Surteco SE, Süddekor now belongs to a strong corporate group. A constellation that in future will play a leading role in the market for decorative surfaces and offers the Swabian company a stronger future-oriented perspective.
Dr. Christian Rolfs, the present Chairman of the Management Board of the 2D Group, will leave the company by mutual agreement once the purchase process has been completed to accept a new challenge in another company in an unrelated industry.
