This year’s Made expo was a huge success for building construction firms and professionals alike, who clearly welcomed the decision to make the event more specialised, expand its international reach and schedule the show every two years starting from 2013.
The next Made expo will take place shortly before Expo 2015, providing valuable insights into the many aspects of sustainability that the universal exposition will not only delve into but also reflect in its architecture and buildings.
Made expo will actually leverage the Expo 2015 phenomenon: the venue will be a veritable concentration of the very latest architectural and construction breakthroughs, and excitingly, could offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to arrange professionally guided tours of the site before the official opening date.
Thanks to this decision and the new options now materialising to boost interaction with international markets and operators, Made expo is continuing to raise its profile as a trade fair and a valuable business ally for architecture and the building industry. As well, 2014 will be a memorable year, featuring a large number of industry specific initiatives to be held primarily abroad. The focus will of course be on Made expo, the March show that will run in odd years at the Milan Fairgrounds Rho.
