The U.S. holding Haworth acquires Poltrona Frau Group

Following the announced acquisition of a majority of the Poltrona Frau Group by the U.S. holding Haworth, FederlegnoArredo expresses its full support for an initiative that will allow a historical society to strengthen even more on international markets.

The Poltrona Frau Group is the owner of several historic names associated with FederlegnoArredo and long-time exhibitors at the “Salone del Mobile” in Milan.
