Leitz at Holz-Handwerk 2014

At Holz-Handwerk 2014 Leitz will feature new tools for furniture production and timber construction. Customers from the window industry can look forward to some new, innovative solutions as well. The Leitz trade fair slogan is “Working together to find new solutions”.

Leitz exhibits at Holz-Handwerk in Nuremberg from March 26th to 29th. Fair visitors can find Leitz in the middle of Hall 10, Booth #210.

Timber construction is one of the priorities of the fair for Leitz. The “HeliCut” cutterhead, a cutting tool for assembly systems, has already proven its value through tear-free cutting quality and perfectly smooth finish without any cutting marks. This level of quality results from improvements on the cutting edges and more. Additionally, the new turnblade roughing router is equipped with “HeliCut” knives.

Furthermore Leitz shows its “ProfilCut” knives with Marathon Multi Coating (MC) for demanding profiling tasks in small and medium enterprises and Tungsten Diamond Coating (TDC) for hogging tasks on an industrial level.

Furniture manufacturers will be interested in the recently completed “EdgeExpert Program”. In detail, it comprises the “Diamaster” routers for nc machining centers, the “Diamaster WhisperCut” jointing cutters for traditional workshops and “Diamaster Plus” solid jointing cutters for industrial production. Each solution is fully specialized in edge performance, pre-destining them for zero joint edging technology with laser, plasma or hot air.
