Bürkle “KA1300”: "simply the best"

Bürkle shines the spotlight on new compact lacquering line at Holz-Handwerk.
Following in the footsteps of Tina Turner, Bürkle will be appearing with a top hit at this year’s Holz-Handwerk show in Nuremberg (Hall 10, Stand 102).
The company will be exhibiting its completely redesigned “KA 1300” Compact Lacquering Line which goes one step further in reducing material consumption. From the customer perspective, a significant reduction in lacquer and solvent consumption combined with consistently outstanding lacquering and drying quality is a particularly impressive feature of the new “KA 1300”.
In terms of technology, the application system has been totally optimised. The machine’s low lacquer and solvent consumption is a feature which makes an immediate impression.
Lower consumption reduces air emissions and saves money as well. A reduction in annual lacquer costs of between 15,000 and 30,000 euros is quite realistic. This obviously shortens the return on investment period.
The “KA 1300”, available as a combination of roller machine or multi-purpose roller machine and UV dryer, raises the quality bar even higher than on previous models.

Perfectly geared to many different applications. The machine produces excellent coating results, and the sophisticated material recirculation system reduces the consumption of coating materials. An optional smoothing roller can be used to apply high-viscosity fillers. This option is particularly useful for panels which have veneer joints or wood which has large pores.
The maximum thickness of any item is 80 mm and the working width is 1,300 mm. The machine can also be used to apply solvent-based or aqueous stains or oils or wax. The “KA 1300” has a small footprint of only 3,400 mm x 3,350 mm, so there is room for it almost anywhere.
