Record numbers for I Saloni

More than positive closing for the 53rd edition of the Saloni, which from 8 to 13 April were the showcase for more than 2,500 exhibiting Italian and foreign companies between the International furniture exhibition, the SaloneSatellite and biennials EuroCucina and the International Bathroom Exhibition .

The numbers speak for themselves and show record number , even for foreigners who have arrived this year from over 160 countries: 357,212 visitors, of which 311, 781 professionals, an increase of 13 percent compared to 2013 edition.

“With this edition of the Salone del Mobile, it is confirmed the importance of exports as a key element for the sector,” said Roberto Snaidero, President of FederlegnoArredo. “Last year we sold abroad for almost half of our production and the strong presence of foreign visitors has fully demonstrated this”.

Great interest for all installations and the presence of the FederlegnoArredo to I Saloni, demonstrated by the large number of operators who crowded the stands and by the attendance of numerous personalities from the political and economic world.
