Xylexpo, ready…go!

Here we are. Everything is ready for the 24^th event of Xylexpo, the biennial international exhibition of wood technology and furniture industry supplies. A few days more and the curtain will open onto this new date in Milan and a wide range of solutions that, for the past 50 years, have been regularly presented to an audience with a large share of international visitors.

There are 438 exhibitors registered for the show, including 122 from abroad, over an area of 27,000 square meters. These are not record figures: many of us hoped that 2014 would be a turning point, the beginning of a better season for the Italian market. We will have to wait longer, but we must say that, in Milan, everybody will be there. With less square meters for many, with smaller stands, maybe with less staff involved, but nevertheless all major players will be in Milan from 13 to 17 May.

And as we love to say, it could not be otherwise. Xylexpo is still a major event in the global circuit of industry exhibitions; it is the major showcase of one of the most important national industries of woodworking technology, in terms of quality and relevance of its solutions; it is a stage where you can display machinery, products, semifinished materials, lines, technology to operators from all over the world, but most and foremost to the leading actors of the Italian furniture, interior decoration and design industry.

So, also this year, we are going to see great things.
