Thomas Gsellmann is the new marketing director at Schelling.
The development and construction of automated saws for separating boards of various materials is Schelling’s undisputed expertise. In order to secure and expand their role as a worldwide technological leader, Schelling has brought experienced marketing specialist Thomas Gsellmann (47) on board. Gsellmann earned his spurs working as a mechanical engineer and in sales and marketing for Schelling for 15 years, which was followed by management positions at other companies in the metal industry. This experience-oriented professional now returns to his roots to contribute his extensive knowledge (now a university graduate in marketing) to Schelling Anlagenbau. The focus of his tasks include operative management of sales promotion and, in order to secure our technological advantages permanently, strategic product development. The company, located in the Vorarlberg region of Austria, can look back on nearly 100 years of history, and it employs around 400 employees at 10 locations on four continents. Industrial and commercial clients with high standards use our cut-to-size saws for wooden boards and our precision saws for plastic, circuit boards, and metals of all kinds.
