Open house Fimal

Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, company Fimal will open its doors in Via Meda 3, Fano (Pesaro Urbino) for their open house to introduce the innovative panel saw model “Concept 350“.
“Concept 350” first of all engraves, then cuts, all with the same blade, eliminating the scoring blade and all the inconveniences that may result.
The combination of technical solutions have allowed the machine to limit its size. It occupies only 10,5 sq.mt., so less than half of a traditional panel saw (squaring capacity length 3200 mm., cutting width on parallel fence 1300mm).
The full-length presser and the retractable blade leave no possibility of contact with sharp edges.
The motorized carriage avoids the operator to follow the panel in the cutting phase, allowing him to make other operations. The ergonomic and versatility of “Concept 350” allow the operator to choose his area of work. The side of unloading is not only one, so that “Concept 350” can be placed in more than one position.
The time for the measurement’s adjustment, the panel’s loading, the panel’s cutting, unloading of the finished piece and the restoration of working position, has been optimized and drastically cut down, so that the machine demonstrates at least twice as more productive of a traditional panel saw.
The price appears to be similar to a panel saw of intermediate equipment.
