Scm Group at Ligna

At Ligna Hannover 2015 (11-15 May) all the latest 2015 technological innovation showcased by Scm Group on area of 4,000 square metres in 4 pavilions (25, 11, 15, 16).

Smart manufacturing cells: Integrated production systems for the furniture and door and window industries. These new cells employ easy to use and yet technologically advanced automation, to achieve a high degree of customisation married with significant productivity levels.
Pavilion 25 will host Stefani’s batch one squaring edge banding cell and Scm’s “Accord WD” integrated cell for door and window frames.
Faultless panel boring, cutting and edge banding systems: the high productivity levels are maintained with mid to small batches.
Edgebanding perfection:The new generation of machining heads, gluing technologies and edgebanding models represent a veritable revolution for the industry.
will present new machining units for high quality sanding finishes. Scm will broaden the Accord fx door and window frame range with a new ‘easy’ model for the production of doors and windows. The panel machining sector will see the launch of many new Scm products, such as the new work centre with multi-function table designed for workshops with limited space and the launch of a new versatile and compact edgebander.
In pavilion 11, Scm will present a unique product for small woodworking workshops: the new “invincibile SiX” circular saw, that covers all cutting requirements in a unique solution.
Pavilion 15 will feature, for the first time at Ligna, Routech’s powerful six interpolating axes work centre. “Oikos” is the technological pinnacle for machining wooden beams and walls.
Pavilion 16 will host the finest finishing solutions with Superfici. The focus will be on the high degree of automation of the new spraying robots and the cutting edge polymerization with the “UV Led” systems.
