Eumabois: publication of the 2014 Annual Report

Eumabois – the European Federation that represents the national associations of woodworking technology manufacturers – has recently published the 2014 Annual Report.
Now at the fourth edition, the document provides an exhaustive picture of the economic trends of the European industry. 
Full-year figures indicate a production value of 5,863 million Euro, an increase of 7.5 percent compared to 2013. The biggest shares are generated by Germany and Italy, with 45 percent and 29 percent respectively.
It is estimated that, in Europe, there are over 1,000 companies with a total employment of 35,000 people.
The report also illustrates the trend of European machinery export to the most important markets outside the continent.
