Open day Biesse and Sitech

Thursday, November 17 it was held a workshop which had as protagonists Biesse and Sitech, a company of Gruppo Mauro Saviola, a reference point in the production of special surfaces and edges. The event was an opportunity to learn more about new industry trends and the latest technologies available. Two realities of absolute prestige in the Italian business scene, both leaders in the timber industry, come together to create a major event for the entire sector. The Open Day was held at the showroom of Biesse Group in Pesaro. The workshop, called “One2One“, was an opportunity to create a moment of confrontation between furniture manufacturers, contractors and traders, fostering collaboration between the producers and users of new technologies and media: a marriage, this, high potential realized in the name of the most advanced principles of innovation and efficiency. This event, organized by Biesse and Sitech, allowed participants to see so concretely how the technology is put at the service of design. Guests had the opportunity to attend live demonstrations of some edging and drilling cured by Biesse staff and especially find out the specifics of the edge “ConnectEdge“, characterized by “seamless” edging, a solution that eliminates the gap between edge and panel allowing the perfect fusion: a challenge won by Sitech thanks to Biesse support. Numerous other solutions were also presented at the Open Day, including the glossy printed mirror with “Extralux crystal“, characterized by a very original decorative and high gloss mirror with “Extralux HC+” edge “ConnectEdge”. The proceedings opened with a focus on new trends that will characterize the furnishings for the year 2017. Up to the company “Trendcor“, flagship of the Saviola Group, the task of explaining to the public the next design scenarios. At the end of the Open Day, the appointment is continued at Sitech, where a business tour was planned for the presentation of the new “High Speed” ​​technology, an example of the latest generation for PP edges and cutting-edge facility in the extrusion and coating of the edges, which makes the company Mauro Saviola Group a universally appreciated model, in Italy and abroad.
