Closed Klimahouse 2020

More than positive results for the fifteenth edition of the Fiera Bolzano event on the redevelopment and energy efficiency that closed its doors in the sign of trust for a market with great potential and with already concrete innovative solutions.
The fifteenth edition of Klimahouse closed on 25 January last, an event that has created connections for over 36,000 visitors, between sector operators and end users, with a wide range of visions, projects, proposals has ended with great satisfaction of the organizers and solutions for a building that is increasingly driving in the great cultural and environmental change.
The event was animated by four days of events dedicated to sustainable construction and with a single great message: “Building well. Live well“. A project shared with enthusiasm by the over 450 exhibitors present at Klimahouse 2020 and by international experts, associations and institutions, united by a single goal: to rediscover the deep relationship between man and nature, between tradition and new technological standards.
The protagonist of the event is innovation, evidenced by the proposals of all the exhibiting companies that presented products and concrete solutions for a new building that changes: from materials to plant engineering, from the most innovative construction techniques with reduced impact to hi-tech devices. To reward the companies that have most demonstrated innovative capacity and high technological level, Fiera Bolzano has promoted two Awards. The first is the Klimahouse Trend, organized in collaboration with the Polytechnic of Milan, which addressed the most consolidated exhibiting companies and awarded LenEco Srl, a South Tyrolean company that distinguished itself for the “LinaHaus” construction system: through the use of components entirely in untreated wood, this system allows the construction of solid wood buildings without insulation or additional coating layers, simplifying the installation and avoiding the use of petroleum-based materials.
The second, the Klimahouse Future Hub Award 2020 aimed at young start-ups, awarded FBP – Future is a Better Place for its beacon that detects the air quality in classrooms, using artificial intelligence algorithms: a solution considered by the jury the best product able to combine technology with the philosophy of living well.
