Ivm Group sells the shares of Boero Bartolomeo

Ivm Group sold its stake in Boero Bartolomeo, a historic Italian company specializing in paints for construction, yachting and naval.
The Ivm Group has preferred to leave a sector other than that in which it is a leader and on which it wants to concentrate all its growth, namely that of coatings for wood and furniture: led by Federica Teso and present with its brands Milesi, Ilva and Croma Lacke in over 100 countries, the Ivm Group wants to focus in particular on the North American market, where it is about to inaugurate a new headquarters in Chicago.
