06/10/2022

Superfici, the SCM Group’s historical reference brand in the design, development, and manufacture of complete painting systems, offers an entire range of products, includes automatic or robotized spraying lines, linear, vertical, Uv, Uv Led dryers, roller and curtain coating lines, printing lines, and robots for panels and three-dimensional elements. A process that starts from the customer’s needs, designing and creating customized solutions to add value to any type of product.

In our Technology Centre  the best technologies for wood finishing are developed, expanding solutions also for glass, plastic, metal, and composite materials. Dedicated Uv and Uv Led curing applications for the graphic arts are also highlighted.
Research and innovation are two keywords that have always distinguished Superfici. Among the innovations that will be on show during the Xylexpo exhibition are the original Superfici “Excimatt” and the “Compact XL” spraying machine”, commented the company.

The “Excimatt” Superfici system applies excimer technology to the finishing of the most diverse finished products and materials. It can give effects of surprising softness mixed with high degrees of opacity. Opacity, measured in extremely low glosses, meets the latest trends in design, opening up endless possibilities for refined and sophisticated style.

Building on the solid foundation of Compact surfaces, the innovative compact XL sprayer is capable of high production capacities. The sprayer has a young, fresh design that makes it unique and unforgettable. Completely renewed also in the interface and the digital user experience, “Compact XL” is equipped with Maestro active finishing, the new surface software with the same “look and feel” as all SCM technologies. The new interface has been specifically designed and optimized for easy and immediate use via touch screen, the “Hmi” console also offers a multi-touch experience. Colour changing is directly integrated into the software. “Compact XL” winks at economic and energy savings through the improved paint recovery system and advanced air volume recirculation that optimizes spray performance.
