Masonite acquires Fleetwood

Masonite International, the well-known US door manufacturer, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Fleetwood Aluminium, a manufacturer and designer of high-end glass doors and windows with aluminium frames. The deal has a total value of $285 million.
Fleetwood is expected to contribute approximately $150m in additional annual revenue to Masonite in 2024.

Fleetwood is a family-owned company founded in 1961 with headquarters in Corona, California, an 18,600-square-foot manufacturing facility and approximately 350 employees.

Masonite International Corporation is a designer, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of interior and exterior doors and door systems for the new construction and repair, renovation and remodeling sectors of the residential and non-residential construction markets based in Tampa, Florida.
