Vdma: Leo Lübke is the new president

In a sensitive period for the German mobile industry, Leo Lübke has been appointed as the new President of Vdm, the German Furniture Manufacturers Association, succeeding Elmar Duffner.

Lübke is known as the executive of the upholstered furniture manufacturer Cor Sitzmöbel Helmut Lübke. Prior to his appointment as Vdm President, Lübke served as the Vice President of the association since 2020 and has been a member of the Vdm executive committee since 2011. As the new President of Vdm, Leo Lübke has stated that he is aware of the challenges the industry must face and has expressed his determination to lead the industry towards a recovery phase.
