Häfele reports 1.5 percent growth in 2024

11/02/2025

Häfele, the global supplier of furniture fittings, reported sales of 1.74 billion euros for the 2024 fiscal year, marking a 1.5 percent increase (2.7 percent adjusted for currency effects). International sales accounted for 82 percent of total revenue, demonstrating the company’s strong global presence despite geopolitical tensions, high interest rates, and political uncertainties.

Growth was strongest in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, while Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the USA, and Western Europe saw modest increases. In contrast, Asian markets experienced a slight decline. Germany’s domestic market relied on the craftsmanship sector as its key driver.

Looking ahead to 2025, ceo Gregor Riekena highlighted uncertainty in global markets, expecting stability in some regions and a slight recovery in the U.S., but noted “little momentum” elsewhere. Häfele continues to focus on innovation and strategic partnerships, advancing its 2030 strategy under the leadership of Sibylle Thierer and Gregor Riekena, positioning itself for long-term growth.
