Henkel: Christian Lehringer new Head of Engineered Wood Technologies

Christian Lehringer has taken on the role of Head of Engineered Wood Technologies at Henkel, based in Sempach-Station (Switzerland).

With this appointment, Lehringer returns to his main field of expertise after five years in other professional roles. In his new position, he will focus on adhesive technologies for engineered wood, with particular attention to the development of solutions for structural applications.

The structural wood adhesives segment is considered an important technical component in the development of engineered wood construction and in applications related to sustainable building.

Lehringer will work with the company’s global teams, as well as with customers and partners, to support the development of high-performance adhesive solutions for load-bearing timber applications.
