The new “Wallteq M-300” by Weinmann
Weinmann, part of the group Homag, has recently introduced a range of modular solutions for timber construction, aimed at carpenters, construction companies and industrial manufacturers. The systems are designed to support the progressive automation of production processes, enabling companies to adapt to changing market conditions, with a key focus on increasing the level of prefabrication.
The offering is based on scalable modular concepts, allowing machines to be configured according to production requirements and automation to be implemented step by step, following the evolution of workflows.
“WALLTEQ M-300”
Among the solutions presented in recent weeks, the multifunction bridge “Wallteq M-300” represents one of the main elements. Equipped with the quick-change system “FastenerSwitch”, it enables flexible and reliable replacement of fastening units, allowing multiple operations to be carried out on a single platform.
New “Wallteq” units have also been introduced, including a façade base for the semi-automated installation of cladding elements and the sealing tape applicator “Rapicmaster”, designed for the automated application of sealing tapes. These solutions are intended to improve process continuity and reduce manual intervention during assembly phases.
As explained by the company, demand is particularly focused on technologies capable of increasing the level of prefabrication, in line with a broader industry trend toward greater efficiency and industrialization in timber construction.
