Bastian Siglreithmaier to head four Deutsche Messe trade fairs

A new appointment at Deutsche Messe. Since 1 August 2026, Bastian Siglreithmaier has served as Global Director with responsibility for Domotex, didacta, parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology Germany, four trade fairs now grouped within the newly established “Trade and Consumer Fairs” business unit.
In his new role, Siglreithmaier reports to Hendrik Rawe, Senior Vice President at Deutsche Messe, while the operational management of the individual events remains in the hands of the current Project Directors: Annette Levy for Domotex, Björn Schneeberg for didacta and Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin for parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology Germany. The three Project Directors will report to Siglreithmaier.
Born in 1997, Siglreithmaier joined Deutsche Messe in 2016 through a dual study programme. In the following years, he held a number of positions in international sales, working with key accounts and partners and supporting the organisation of international trade fair participations.
Before taking on his new position, he worked in Global Business Development, focusing on the strategic development of the company’s international activities, identifying new business opportunities and developing new trade fair formats. In parallel, he completed a Master of Science in Business with a specialisation in International Management in Amsterdam.
