Ima Schelling Group is now official

Ima and Schelling now merges to form the Ima Schelling Group and the two enterprises now functions under the same business name. Ima Klessmann GmbH Holzbearbeitungssysteme has now changed its name to Ima Schelling Deutschland GmbH. By this measure, the company establishes a uniform business name together with its long-year Austrian cooperation partner Schelling Anlagenbau GmbH that will operate under the name Ima Schelling Austria GmbH. Both companies have already concentrated their competencies in the Ima Schelling Group since 2015 and want to further strengthen their positions in the market.

Even before Ima Klessmann GmbH Holzbearbeitungssysteme and Schelling Anlagenbau GmbH merged to form the Ima Schelling Group, they had closely cooperated and hence laid the basis for a very successful economic development. Meanwhile the Ima Schelling Group is not only the technologically leading solution provider for the woodworking industry but also a global player when it comes to panel cutting and automation in the field of non ferrous metals, plastics and printed circuit boards. The new uniform business name completes the integration process of both companies and enables them to concentrate on their core competencies even more than before. Through the synergy effects achieved, the Group wants to increase still further its innovativeness.
