Russian-Italian joint venture: new company in Kamcatka

Kamchatka-Italy (KamIt), a Russian and Italian joint venture, is planning to create large woodworking facilities in the Milkovsky region of Kamchatka territory, the regional government’s press service said. 2.4 bln rubles invested in this operation.
A founders’ agreement has been signed to create the Russian-Italian woodworking enterprise Kamchatka-Italy. Nikolai Pegin, the general director of Oisc Development Corporation of Kamchatka, which was created by the territory’s government, and Arco Carapetian, the sole director of Carmac Group srl (Italy) placed their signatures on the document,” the statement said.
