Seminar on sustainable forests management in Europe

Forest Europe, Efi and Metla will jointly organize a side event, in the frame of the European Forest Week, under the title “Experiences and future of sustainable forest management in Europe”. What is the history of Sustainable forest management (Sfm) in Europe? How has Sfm been implemented in Europe? How to arise more interest on Sfm?
These are the questions to be addressed during this event, where inputs from the audience are expected to enrich the discussions. The event will take place in Finland, Rovaniemi at Hotel Santa Claus, room Lohi, on 12 December (Thursday) from 12.30 until 14.00 h.
