Scm Group’s technology live at Riva 1920 Wood Festival

By this occasion, it will take place the official opening of the third production unit of Riva 1920. An unmissable appointment for the possibility to know live the technology of 5-and 6-axis Cnc machining centres of Scm Group, used by Riva 1920 for its creations.

In particular, it will possible to see working the universal Cnc  routing-drilling machining centre “Chronos HT” by Routech. It is equipped with a particular device, a lathe on the worktable designed for machining work pieces with maximum diameter 500 mm and maximum length 800 mm. The lathe is controlled through one cnc axis interpolating with the 5 axes of the machine. This device makes possible to process cylindrical work pieces or work pieces difficult to be blocked with traditional systems.

After the visit to the production unit, there will be a conference about Scm Group 5-axis technology and a conference about financing opportunities with the local bank Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Cantù BBC.
