Dario Corbetta is deputy director of Cepra, Centro Promozionale Acimall

During a meeting of the Board of Directors on November 6, Dario Corbetta was appointed to deputy director of Cepra, Centro promozionale Acimall. The new assignment is an acknowledgment to the skills and longstanding experience of the manager, who joined the Confindustria-member association of Italian woodworking technology manufacturers in 1991, after previous jobs in Ucimu-Sistemi per produrre and in global corporations like Continental and 3M.

In his career at Acimall, Corbetta has always been in charge for the promotion of made-in-Italy technology around the world, as well as for the direction of the association’s Studies Office. Since 2010, he has been the marketing manager of Xylexpo, the biennial international exhibition organized by the association.

Corbetta – born in 1958, married with two children – took a university degree in mechanical engineering and then a master in business administration at the Politecnico in Milan.

“It’s an assignment in the name of continuity”, Corbetta commented after his appointment. “A responsibility I have accepted with great satisfaction, but also a spur to even stronger commitment to support our industry in a very critical period.
