{"id":15992,"date":"2024-05-28T10:03:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T08:03:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/2024\/05\/28\/giardina-group-a-xylexpo-2024\/"},"modified":"2025-03-14T13:08:15","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T12:08:15","slug":"giardina-group-a-xylexpo-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/en\/2024\/05\/28\/giardina-group-a-xylexpo-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Giardina Group at Xylexpo 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Giardina Group<\/strong> has been present again at the 2024 edition of <strong>Xylexpo<\/strong>, a long-standing participation that confirms the Italian Group\u2019s desire to maintain a constant focus on the \u201clocal\u201d market, which is undoubtedly the target audience for the Milanese showcase.<br \/>\n<em>\u201cAlthough more than 90% of our production is exported, Italian companies requiring a quality finish have always been our main partners, not only as customers, but also and above all as partners with whom we can develop new technologies that will then be introduced to the rest of the world\u201d<\/em> commented <strong>Stefano Mauri<\/strong>, owner of the Giardina Group together with his brother <strong>Riccardo Mauri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The leading Group in the finishing sector has once again enlivened its stand (Hall 01, Stand D05) with a series of <strong>\u201cLive demos\u201d<\/strong> created in co-operation with a number of paint manufacturers.\u00a0<br \/>\nOn <strong>21<sup>st<\/sup> May<\/strong>, technologies \u201cmade in Giardina Group\u201d have applied products from <strong>Sirca<\/strong> (www.sirca.it), on 22<sup>nd<\/sup> May they were from\u00a0<strong>Icro Coatings<\/strong> (www.icro.it), on 23<sup>rd<\/sup> May from\u00a0<strong>Ica\u00a0<\/strong>(www.icapsa.com) and on 24<sup>th<\/sup> May from\u00a0<strong>Renner Italia<\/strong> (www.renneritalia.com).<\/p>\n<p>In the spotlight you could find the well-established <strong>\u201cRolltech Flexi\u201d<\/strong>, a roller coater created during four years of extensive research and testing that have resulted in the development of an extremely sturdy and versatile solution, capable of responding to market needs with a series of innovative technical solutions that have resulted in its patent.<br \/>\nA machine designed and built to apply UV and conventional primers on 3D surfaces, but which has also proved to be an excellent solution for the application of special coating cycles on flat surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>At Xylexpo, of course, there was room for the \u201c<strong>Dualtech 400<\/strong>\u201d, an automatic spraying machine with two reciprocating arms and paper belt that is the epitome of the Group\u2019s expertise and comprehensive catalogue of solutions in this specific segment of the coating industry.<\/p>\n<p>As regards edge and profile sanding, the Group presented the <strong>Destefani \u201cMvt 3000\u201d<\/strong> edge sander, in a configuration that has been gaining considerable popularity recently thanks to its ability to fulfil precise user requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The Giardina Group\u2019s stand also had room for the important question of drying: in addition to the \u201c<strong>Uvtech GST<\/strong>\u201d oven, a new<strong> UV LED oven<\/strong> has been presented, which is based on technology that the Group is developing and which hasn\u2019t failed to attract the attention of industry professionals both at the trade fair and, more importantly, over the next few years.<br \/>\nAs we all know, the efforts to reduce mercury lamps are shifting manufacturers\u2019 attention to other energy sources, and in these applications too, <strong>LED lamps<\/strong> can be an excellent solution, with enormous potential for development and innovation that &#8211; by stimulating.<\/p>\n<p>LED manufacturers to achieve adequate emissions &#8211; will allow them to completely supplant current technologies at every stage of the coating process.<\/p>\n<p>A BUSY WEEK&#8230;<br \/>\nThe days in Milan were extremely busy, and not only at the fair: visitors wishing to learn more about certain topics, or get a closer look at all the technologies in the Giardina Group catalogue, were able to visit the <strong>\u201cGiampiero Mauri Innovation Centre\u201d <\/strong>in Novedrate, a few kilometres from FieraMilano-Rho.
