The plan foresees an <strong>average annual growth<\/strong> in revenues of <strong>between 2 and 4 per cent<\/strong>, compared to 2023.<br \/>\nAs far as operating margins are concerned, <strong>Ebitda<\/strong> will account for between 8 and 10 per cent of revenues in the period, and <strong>Ebit<\/strong> for between 4 and 5 per cent. <strong>Capex<\/strong> for the three-year period will be around \u20ac150 million and the net financial position at the end of the period (net of IFRS16 effects, the acquisition of GMM and the distribution of dividends) will be positive by \u20ac5-20 million.<br \/>\n&#8220;<em>The Company<\/em> &#8220;, writes Biesse in the press release, &#8221; <em>despite the uncertainties and economic and geopolitical turbulence worldwide, intends to resolutely pursue a strategy of focus and efficiency in markets and products, optimising operating costs, continuing the implementation of the &#8220;one company&#8221; evolution project begun in the last three years and implementing the integration process of the acquired company<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>NICOLA SAUTTO NEW CFO<br \/>\nNot only that. Biesse also announced the name of the new <strong>CFO<\/strong>, who will take over from Pierre Latour from 14 March 2024.
