Rising energy prices, increasing shortages of raw materials and worrying supply bottlenecks are weighing down on companies. Robatech realised that in the area of adhesive application it is possible to cope with this situation and to improve one’s own degree of sustainability with targeted cost-saving measures. With GreenSaver<\/strong>, users of melter and application systems can determine their savings potential in terms of adhesive usage, application ways, energy and compressed air consumption, workplace safety level and system availability. “Here’s what we can do for you<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

“We will<\/em> save you up to 30 percent on adhesive<\/em><\/strong>. How? Check the section and length of the glue paths. Are they correct? Would stitching mode be possible in your production? And is the adhesive only applied where it is needed? By analysing your answers, we will be able to help you limit adhesive consumption by up to a third. You \u2013 <\/em>explained the company in the press release \u2013 will reduce energy use by 50 percent<\/strong> by adjusting the heating setting of the melter and checking the energy efficiency of the components.\u00a0 You will consume up to 60 percent less compressed air<\/strong>. We will increase the level of safety in the workplace<\/strong>: in order to safeguard operators, it is essential to thermally insulate components that are subject to heating or to replace them with new-generation components that are well insulated; furthermore, if you adopt the automatic melter filling system with granulated adhesives, the level of safety on the line will be even more evident. We will advise you on the specific equipment to adopt and the most suitable protective devices. The end result will be increased system availability<\/strong> through optimisation of the maintenance schedule and monitoring of the entire melter for an uninterrupted process<\/em>“.<\/p>\n
