The panel is laminated with mdf sheets in different finishings and decorations, which make it extremely resistant and flat, with no waves, as it is glued with a mixture of high-performance and harmless adhesives. \u201c<em>A very thick panel, lighter than a solid panel, but with the same resistance and higher stability and flatness.<\/em> <em>Easier to handle, easier to package, easier to transport and more convenient for furniture assembling operations\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2430\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Italton-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Italton-1.png 800w, https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Italton-1-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Italton-1-768x384.png 768w, https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Italton-1-600x300.png 600w, https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Italton-1-500x250.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">THE HIGHLIGHTS<br \/>\n\u201c(R)evolution panel\u201d also offers <strong>low environmental impact<\/strong>: the efficiency of the new process, reaching a production capacity of approximately 25 thousand square meters per day, combined with the low weight of the panel, reduces the consumption of wood and the emissions of CO<sub>2<\/sub> and formaldehyde. <br \/>\nFurthermore, using honeycomb panels, the consumption of wood and the felling of trees are <strong>minimized<\/strong>. The lower weight of the panel also allows to load and carry bigger volumes, consequently saving on transportation costs and reducing CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions.<br \/>\nWith \u201c(R)evolution panel\u201d you can make all furniture <strong>components<\/strong>: kitchen tops, shelves, sidewalls, cabinet doors, bottoms, walls, displays, billboards and all applications where an excellent lightweight-to-resistance ratio is requested. <br \/>\nEven without adding strips, you can use simple and resistant fastening systems with conventional hardware.
